Video Submission Terms

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any video content (“Content”) to Nature Secret, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Video Submission Terms.

1. Ownership and Authority

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the sole and lawful owner of the submitted Content, or you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to grant the rights described in these Terms.
  • The Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any third party.
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from any individuals appearing in the Content.

2. Exclusive License

By submitting your Content to Nature Secret, you grant Nature Secret an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, host, store, modify, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from the Content.

This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to use the Content on:

  • YouTube
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Nature Secret’s websites
  • Any other social media platform, digital platform, website, application, or communication channel currently existing or developed in the future.

Nature Secret may use the Content for promotional, editorial, educational, commercial, advertising, branding, or monetization purposes.

3. Exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nature Secret, you agree that the submitted Content is provided on an exclusive basis.

You shall not sell, license, assign, distribute, or provide the same Content to any other individual, company, publisher, media organization, or social media channel for publication or commercial use while Nature Secret retains exclusive rights under these Terms.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and authenticity of the submitted Content.

If any claim, dispute, copyright notice, DMCA takedown request, legal action, or other proceeding arises from your submitted Content, you agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nature Secret, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from such claims.
